Before every deal the server seals the shuffled deck: it publishes a single fingerprint that locks in the order of all the cards, and every table update carries it. After the hand you can check, right here in your own browser, that the cards that were dealt, the board, the hands shown at showdown and your own cards, are exactly the ones that were locked in, and that they came off the top of the deck in order.

Nobody's hidden cards are ever revealed. Folded, mucked, burned and undealt cards stay sealed forever; you are only shown cards that were public anyway, plus your own.

What this proves: the deck was fixed before anyone acted, and nothing was swapped or skipped afterwards. What it cannot prove: that the person running the server never looked at the deck before sealing it. No server-dealt game can prove that.
